Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) Research Consultation Form Policies and Documents The Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) is an institution-wide review and education process for research conducted at Horizon Health Network, to ensure the protection of research participants’ rights. The HRPP is accredited through Human Research Accreditation Canada, meaning that our standard operation procedures, review processes, and education and training program all conform to rigorous standards and evidence-based best practices established for the conduct of human research.
