Susan Harley Board Chair Susan Harley joins Horizon with over 35 years of senior leadership experience in marketing, operations, corporate governance, and business strategy/business development. She has led teams during times of strategic transition, both in Atlantic Canada and across Canada. She has a Business Administration degree and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick. Susan has been a lifelong volunteer and community champion in and for New Brunswick. She currently sits on several Boards — Chair of the Saint John Airport board, and member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada boards. Susan brings her business and board experience, along with a high level of energy and commitment, to Horizon’s Board of Directors. Susan and her husband, Ted live in Rothesay, and enjoy the many outdoor activities the area has to offer – from golfing, to spending time of the river paddle boarding, kayaking and boating, to walking and exploring our beautiful province. They have two grown boys, David and Adam.
