Denis Goguen Chair of Finance, Audit and Resource Committee Denis Goguen is a seasoned business professional, and for the last decade has held financial leadership positions in for- and non-profit organizations. Denis is currently Vice President of Finance at Atlantic Roofers, Atlantic Metaclad and North Shore Roofing. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a diploma in software programming. Denis has been a member of the board of directors for the Volunteer Centre of Southeastern New Brunswick for five years, three of which he was chairperson. Denis is Acadian-born and raised in Bouctouche. He currently lives in Moncton with his wife and two children. His interests include gourmet cooking and travelling with his wife.
