Regional Medical Advisory Committee

The Regional Medical Advisory Committee advises the Board regarding appointments to the Medical Staff and on privileges of members of the Medical Staff. The Committee investigates, at the request of the Board, questions requiring medical judgment. Other roles include advising the Board on standards of practice, providing advice on issues concerning quality of medical care and safety, and ensuring professionally ethical conduct on the part of all members of the Medical Staff.
