Cancer Support Program

Horizon Health Network is pleased to announce their endorsement of community cancer support programs in your local area.

Community Cancer Support Programs play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support and resources to individuals and families affected by cancer, meeting participants in the community where they are.

The programs are designed to offer emotional support, educational resources, practical assistance, and physical strengthening to individuals and caregivers with a lived experience of cancer. Each location will offer slightly different resources depending on the patient’s needs and allotted resources in each area. The goal of these programs is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can connect with others who are going through similar experiences, fostering a sense of community, and reducing feelings of isolation. By offering a wide range of services in the community setting, the Cancer Support Programs aim to improve the quality of life of all impacted by cancer.

In thanks to donor generosity and our local Hospital Foundations, Horizon has partnered with Wellspring Cancer Support, and many other community organizations to make many of these programs available free of charge to participants.
