Update: Emergency Department at Sackville Memorial Hospital to reopen Monday

SACKVILLE – Horizon’s Sackville Memorial Hospital (SMH) Emergency Department (ED) will reopen on Monday, Sept. 26 after being unexpectedly closed this weekend due to a water main break.

The ED is closed Sunday, Sept. 25 reopening Monday, Sept. 26 at 8 a.m. and will resume its regular hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. seven days a week.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unexpected event. Horizon would also like to thank those who responded quickly to ensure that the ED could resume regular operations on Monday.
