Patients also have access to health promotion and wellness services and programs. The team at Médisanté consists of a physician, nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, an administrative support person and a community developer. They work closely with the Community Advisory Committee to plan and provide services to the community. A sample of programs available at Médisanté Saint-Jean includes a Respiratory Health Assessment Clinic, Assistance with Smoking Cessation, a Diabetes Education Clinic and Flu Clinics. Hours of Operation Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with programs and groups during evenings and weekends as required. Closed on holidays. Appointments are encouraged.
