The health care team includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, a nurse practitioner, diabetes educator and dietitian. There is co-located X-ray and physiotherapy, by appointment, in addition to access to diagnostic tests, including lab work and electrocardiograms. We also offer ambulatory blood pressure and Holter monitoring. A variety of programs is offered in the centre including pulmonary rehabilitation, healthy aging assessment, and foot care, as well as group and individual education on a variety of topics. Private physician offices are on site as well as the community outreach program which helps community residents with home care services. Hours of Operation Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed on weekends and holidays. Appointments are encouraged.
