Donaldo Canales MethodologistResearch ServicesPhD, MA, BA(Hons) Dr. Donaldo Canales serves as the lead methodology reviewer of all protocols submitted to Horizon’s Human Research Protection Program (HRPP). In this role, he ensures that submitted research protocols are methodologically sound, scientifically valid, and feasible. In addition to HRPP reviews, Dr. Canales provides methodological/statistical consultation to Horizon clinicians and researchers. His research background is in applied forensic psychology, and has conducted research related to offender recidivism prediction, mental health/personality and offending, and police psychology.
