Neuroscience and Stroke Program

Horizon’s Neuroscience and Stroke Program provides timely care to prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.

The program is delivered throughout Horizon’s five areas, and its physicians and staff work collaboratively to help patients and their families every step of the way.

Our health care teams also advocate for and support health promotion and injury prevention initiatives to reduce the risk of neurological disorders, conditions, and injuries in our communities.
