The Charlotte County Collaborative Wellness Centre (CCCWC) offers an open access clinic for patients without a primary care provider who are seeking care for non-urgent medical issues. Patients can call 506-465-4473 to find out when the clinic will run that week, and to book an appointment. Please note: This is not a walk-in clinic. All visits are by appointment only. The CCCWC is located on the third floor of Horizon’s Charlotte County Hospital. As part of Horizon’s commitment to enhancing access to primary care, a collaborative health care team at CCCWC is providing services to the community. This team includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a licensed practical nurse, a respiratory therapist, social worker and administrative support staff.
