Adrienne completed her Master’s degree in applied health services research (UNB ’22), where she analyzed the gender pay gap among the psychologist workforce of Canada. She has recently worked as a research assistant on a series of studies investigating gender equity among allied health professionals, as well as a project exploring health workforce surge capacity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Adrienne has also worked with the New Brunswick Institute for Research, Data and Training while completing a research residency for her master’s, where she gained valuable experience analyzing administrative health data.
