Horizon Nurse Recruitment Dashboard

Horizon is committed to addressing staffing challenges to strengthen the organization for future success. This includes a significant focus on nurse recruitment, through dynamic, targeted, and aggressive tactics.

We are also committed to keeping the public informed of our recruitment progress. Our Nurse Recruitment Dashboard is a public report to show the number of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Patient Care Attendants that have started to work in Horizon facilities.

The dashboard is based on the Horizon fiscal reporting year of April 1 to March 31. The numbers are updated daily and show progress toward our nurse recruitment targets. Below is our dashboard for the 2024-25 fiscal year.
