Physicians Now Included in Horizon Referral Reward

New Brunswickers can now refer a physician to work for Horizon and receive a $2,000 Horizon Referral Reward

(HORIZON) – In response to the ongoing physician shortage in New Brunswick, Horizon has intensified efforts in the recruitment of physicians.

The organization has streamlined the application process for physicians and is welcoming experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists to focus on physician recruitment. Now, Horizon has announced an initiative where New Brunswickers can directly contribute to the recruitment efforts and be rewarded for it.

The Horizon Referral Reward has been expanded to include physicians as eligible referrals. New Brunswickers will now earn a $2,000 Horizon Referral Reward for successfully referring an eligible physician to work for Horizon. This is in addition to the $1,000 reward that can be earned by referring an eligible Registered Nurse (RNCA) or Nurse Practitioner (RNCD).
