NB Perinatal Health Program

Effective November 1st, 2024, all providers offering antenatal care in the province shall use the revised provincial antenatal record.

The revision exercise was completed by a provincial clinical workgroup with representation from both RHAs. The update reflects current clinical practices and guidelines.  Some modifications were made to improve ease of use.  Please find the forms below, under the “Health Care Professionals” tab.
