We provide primary health care, along with wellness and prevention programs for the community. Our team includes physicians and nurse practitioners, registered nurses and licensed practical nurses, dietitians, social workers, respiratory therapists, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, pharmacist and administrative staff. We support patients who are not part of a health centre (who are non-rostered) and partner with other health providers across the region, from Sussex to Fundy Shores. We also offer: Free community programs (e.g., balance and pain management classes) Pop-up clinics in vulnerable neighbourhoods Services for people who are unhoused Help with immunizations We partner with many community groups to improve access to care. Hours of Operation Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with programs and groups during evenings and weekends as required. Closed on holidays. All visits are by appointment only.
