Horizon’s pledge to nursing students and grads: Guaranteed employment November 22, 2022 Horizon’s Student Nurse Advancement Pledge (SNAP) provides nursing students with a seamless transition from student to nurse. Guaranteed employment is offered to all BScN/BN and Practical Nursing students and grads from any recognized college or university across Canada. Horizon will support nursing students through numerous career paths in a variety of specialty areas and settings. How does it work? After submitting your application, our Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch for a Get to know YOU call. During this call you will discuss your interests and preferences so we can find the best placement for you. For those who are new to Horizon, an interview with one of our Nurse Managers will be arranged to better understand your skills and experience. Already have a relationship with Horizon? There is no interview required for those with previous employment or education placements. Once a placement has been determined, you will receive an offer letter. We want to hear from you!
