Pamela Jarrett MD, FRCPC, FACP is currently a Geriatrician at Horizon Health Network in Saint John, New Brunswick, and Associate Professor of Medicine at Dalhousie University in New Brunswick. She has been involved in clinical research throughout her career. She is currently funded by a Clinical Research Scholarship from the New Brunswick Health Research Foundation which supports some of her work. She is the principal/co-principal investigator for several Healthy Seniors Pilot Project grants in New Brunswick. She is also a researcher with the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration and Aging and collaborates extensively with many researchers in the aging field nationally and internationally. Her research interests include dementia (prevention and management), transitions in care, frailty, falls and hip fractures, and medication use in older adults.
