We also offer diagnostic services including lab work, electrocardiograms, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and Holter monitoring. The health care team includes registered nurses, a dietitian, a diabetes nurse educator, a nurse practitioner and physician. We also offer individual and group education based on need. Hours of Operation Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Phones are answered between 8 and 11 a.m. and 1:30 and 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Closed holidays and weekends. Appointments are encouraged.
