Horizon receives Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers designation for the second year in a row

(HORIZON)  – Horizon Health Network (Horizon) has once again been named one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers thanks to its dedicated team of staff and physicians who go above and beyond to care for New Brunswickers. Horizon first received this designation in 2024.

Recognizing the importance of caring for those who care for New Brunswickers, Horizon’s leadership team has continued to expand the organization’s signature retention program, Our Promise, which includes more than 30 initiatives to improve the physician and staff experience.
