Fredericton North Family Health Team

Horizon’s Fredericton North Family Health Team is made up of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and administrative support staff. Patients can also access social work services, a registered dietitian, respiratory therapist, and a Certified Diabetes Educator .

The team works together to provide primary health care services to families in this region. The centre also offers educational sessions and wellness programs in order to assist patients seeking a healthy lifestyle change and promotes overall better health.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with some appointments during evenings.

Closed on weekends and holidays.

All visits are by appointment only.
