Sarah is passionate about helping people optimize both their physical and emotional health through food, connection, and compassionate care. She believes that eating well should be joyful and sustainable, not stressful or restrictive. With a warm and engaging approach, Sarah loves facilitating group presentations and creating spaces where people feel supported and inspired. Sarah has been leading Nourish by Wellspring classes since 2024, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to each session.
