She studied biochemistry and psychology for her undergraduate degree at the University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University, then medical school at Memorial University (MUN), followed by Pediatrics at Queen’s University. Since returning home to Fredericton to open her pediatric practice, she has been very much involved in medical education through Dalhousie University and MUN. She is the proud mother of two busy boys and a friendly chocolate lab that enjoys coming to visit other kids in the office.
