Dr. Farah Naz is an accomplished board-certified radiation oncologist in the Oncology Department of the Saint John Regional Hospital. She is an assistant professor of radiation oncology for Dalhousie University. She is a member of the Competence by Design Committee for Dalhousie Radiation Oncology Residency Program. Dr. Naz has an active membership of profession in ASTRO, NBMS, Radiosurgery Society, ILROG and CARO. She worked on implementing the Stereotactic Radiosurgery Programme at the Saint John Regional Hospital in 2012 and continues to play an important role in advancing this programme.

Dr. Naz completed her radiation oncology training at Westchester County Medical Center, New York Medical College. She has interest in CNS tumors, stereotactic Radiosurgery/Radiotherapy, SBRT, Breast Cancer, Head and Neck, lymphoma, and sarcoma, to name a few.

An avid teacher to her students and peers, Dr. Naz has attended courses at many elite schools, including Harvard, Henry Ford School of Medicine in Detroit, and the University of Alabama. She also has interest in research and participates in many clinical trials.
