Woodstock Family Health Team

The Woodstock Family Health Team brings together two local physician practices and a growing interdisciplinary team of health care professionals working collaboratively to meet the needs of patients across the community. 

This team operates out of two clinics.

Hours of operation:
Monday to Thursday – 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Friday – 8:30 a.m. to noon

Hours when the phone is answered:
Monday to Thursday – 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Friday – 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
