January 6, 2026 We are inviting expressions of interest from property owners or managers with spaces suitable for clinical operations, ranging from approximately 5,000 to 15,000 sq. ft. Anticipated near-term space needs include: North Moncton: ~6,800 sq. ft. North Saint John: ~10,000 sq. ft.
