Catherine LeFort

Catherine is a Registered Dietitian at Horizon’s Saint John Regional Hospital with nearly eight years of experience, specializing in outpatient oncology care. For the past two years, she has also been the leader of Nourish by Wellspring with the Cancer Support Program in Saint John. In this role, Catherine educates and empowers individuals to make healthy lifestyle changes that support their treatment and overall well-being. These programs are full of discussions, cooking demonstrations and tastings.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys cooking, being active outdoors and gardening. For her, the most meaningful part of her work is seeing how small, thoughtful changes can have a big impact.
