Sahira Husain Study CoordinatorDepartment of OncologyMonctonMSc, CO (C), CCRP Sahira has been with the Oncology Clinical Trials Group at The Moncton Hospital since 2016. Having obtained her BSC in Microbiology and Immunology as well as her graduate Orthoptic Certification and MSc in Clinical Vision Science at Dalhousie University (2012) Sahira entered the world of research while working at the Retina and Optic Nerve lab in Halifax. From there she worked at the McMaster Children’s Hospital as a research coordinator/ research orthoptist. Her love of the Maritimes brought her back to Moncton where she has worked as clinical research coordinator in various industry led trials in solid tumour and hematology. Sahira recently obtained her SOCRA certification. When not learning about cancer research Sahira enjoys the outdoors and traveling.
