Market Place Wellness Centre (Saint John)

Horizon’s Market Place Wellness Centre is on the lower level of the Carleton Community Centre.

The team includes two nurse practitioners, a registered nurse, a licensed practical nurse, and administrative staff. We offer care and programs that meet the needs of our community.

Specimen collection is available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Evening and weekend group programs may also be offered (subject to change.)

Services include:

• Blood and specimen collection
• Nutrition and social work services
• Family medicine

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (specimen collection on Mondays and Tuesdays)

Closed on holidays.

All visits are by appointment only.
