PSA: Horizon is entering a new phase in its response to COVID-19

Beginning Monday, May 11, Horizon Health Network is resuming some urgent and critical services to allow for additional priority elective surgeries.

These services include outpatient clinics, laboratory services (blood and specimen collection) and diagnostic imaging (X-ray), and they will be offered by appointment only.

This is an adjustment to the way Horizon delivers health care.

Patients are asked not to arrive more than 15 minutes before a scheduled appointment. If you arrive earlier, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle.

Patients who arrive without an appointment will be asked to return home and contact their health care provider.

Upon arrival for your appointment, you will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms, and asked to wear a mask and clean your hands. We encourage you to wear your own mask; if you don’t have one, one will be provided.
