Horizon encourages New Brunswickers to pick up rapid screening test kits December 20, 2021 Horizon encourages New Brunswickers to visit one of its rapid screening kit pickup locations to access Point of Care Tests (POCT) before the holidays. Permanent pick up locations in Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, and Miramichi are open Monday to Friday, from 1 to 6 p.m. Location details can be found on Horizon’s website. Vitalité Health Network also has test kit pickup sites listed on their website. Mobile sites are in various communities on a weekly basis. Horizon’s mobile sites are open from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., or until the daily supply has been given out. Find a full list of mobile locations and dates click here. Holiday hours for POCT pick up sites are as follows: Dec. 24: Hub sites open from 1 to 4 p.m.Dec. 24: Mobile sites open as usual, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Closed: Dec. 25, 26, 27 & 28Dec. 29 to 31: Regular hours of operationClosed: Jan. 1, 2, 3 All positive rapid POCT results must be confirmed with a laboratory PCR test.
