Cost for parking is $2 per day. Hours of Operation Hospital: 24/7 Emergency Department: Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (seven days a week) Specimen Collection: Due to an ongoing shortage of availability laboratory staff at Horizon’s Hotel-Dieu St. Joseph (HDSJ) there is a temporary change in service hours for specimen collection and bloodwork at the hospital.
