Danny Jardine Interim Vice President Community Danny Jardine is the Interim Vice President Community for Horizon Health Network, responsible for Addiction and Mental Health, Public Health, Population Health, Collaborative Care Seniors Health, as well as Primary Health Care programs and services. He has over 20 years of experience in the health and community development fields, was recently Horizon’s Regional Director of Collaborative Care Seniors Health, and has led several Horizon-wide projects while championing the needs of older adults. His past roles have helped him develop various leadership skills such as strategic planning, partnership building, and research. Danny is a graduate of Dalhousie University where obtained a Master of Public Administration (Management); he also completed a Master’s degree at the University of New Brunswick and an undergraduate degree at Mount Allison University. Throughout his career, Danny has volunteered with many organizations while prioritizing poverty-reduction and other vulnerable sector initiatives. He is originally from Charlottetown but began his career with Horizon in Saint John and is now based in the Moncton area where he is a board member at the Salvus Clinic. In addition to his charitable work, Danny’s other special interests including exercising and participating in triathlons.
