As research methodologist for the SOAR Program, Tracy provides statistical and methodological support. Previously, as Associate Professor of Psychology at Crandall University, Tracy taught a variety of courses including advanced research methods, health psychology, and psychological tests and measurement. Tracy has conducted research on offender recidivism, and, more recently, her research focused on attachment, religion/spirituality, and well-being. In her role at Crandall University, Tracy was recognized for excellence in teaching and service, and was awarded two internal research grants. Tracy holds a BA honours in psychology (UNB), and both an MA and PhD in experimental and applied psychology (UNB).
